Our Stop Motion room comes fully equipped with a Wacom Cintiq, Canon 7D camera, stop motion stage pre-drilled for tie-downs, and aerial brace, as well as a wide range of lights and filters.
Special training is required before using the Capture Studio. On NYU Tisch's 9th floor, we maintain a Capture Studio, also called the Green Screen room, which encompasses a wraparound green screen available for Visual Effects & Compositing, Motion Design, Titles & Special FX, and Short Commercial Form students. Spread throughout Animation Area are 10 pencil test stations, allowing students to capture and review animation with ease using Dragonframe.
